Full or shared containers to Dominica
A full container (FCL) is a 20ft or 40ft container for your goods only, sealed in the UK and opened at customs in Roseau. It suits house moves, building materials and vehicles with furniture. A shared container (LCL) lets you send a smaller load and pay only for the space it uses.
A 20ft container usually holds a one- to two-bedroom home; a 40ft holds a three- to four-bedroom home or a car with household goods.
How it works
- Get a quote. Send your list, UK postcode and Dominica address through our contact form or call 020 3086 7592.
- Loading or collection. We bring an empty container for FCL, collect your items for LCL, or you drop off at our Barking warehouse.
- Export and sailing. We prepare the export paperwork and the container sails from a UK port such as Southampton, Felixstowe or London Gateway.
- Arrival. The container arrives at Woodbridge Bay Port, Roseau, and is cleared by the Customs and Excise Division.
- Delivery. We deliver to your door anywhere on the island.
